XJ Rear Bumper with Tire Carrier

Bumpers are constructed in three pieces. The center section is formed of 3/16” steel, laser cut and bent into a modified C-shape with internal gussets for rigidity. We flush mount a 2” receiver with additional gussets to insure safe towing and recovery and also provide safety chain hoops not visible from the rear but easily accessed by reaching up and behind the bumper.
 

The center section mounts to the rear x-member using OEM mounting points, but we also provide our uniquely designed support brackets that tie the bumper and x-member to the frame using the factory receiver hitch mounting points. This guarantees the most solid and rigid mount possible. The corner caps/side plates are formed using laser cut ¼” steel plate and extend to the wheel wells and replace the fender flaring that is removed.
 

This bumper retains the design lines of the factory bumper yet offers more protection and strength than any other bumper on the market. All the bumpers are built to accept a tire carrier at any time. Bumpers are powder coated textured black semi gloss.
