Shipping costs shown on shopping cart are a guideline only and apply to lower 48 States only. Shipping costs are adjusted daily and actual charges are billed at time of shipment. Email for quote to any other location.

 

Returned Merchandise

Items purchased are eligible for a 30 day satisfaction guarantee, beginning the date the order is shipped.  We do not except installed, modified, used items, or items that have been removed from original packaging.  Items must be in unopen original packaging, having not been installed or used, and at which point will be eligible for either full store credit or a

refund less a 20% restocking fee.  Shipping charges will not be credited or refunded.  Customers wishing to return items must call for an RGA number and instructions for this process.  Item(s) will be returned at customers expense.  Upon receipt of product in the condition specified with specified RGA number (not installed, used, modified, and in original packaging) the customer will be contacted within 3 business days.  We promote smooth transactions and customer satisfaction, we promise to personally handle each customers satisfaction guarantee.
